    HOW I HAVE CHANGED my training since menopause. An HOW I HAVE CHANGED my training since menopause. And some of the things that are working. ❄️ Run hill repeats sessions because it's strength work for run and helps activate the correct muscles. We need more activation peri menopause and up ❄️ More protein is making a BIG difference in building strength. I'll do a blog post and video on this because I have struggled with nutrition in menopause and learned a lot first hand on what works. ❄️ Less hours more intensity in weekly training ❄️ More recovery sessions rolling, stretching, boots etc ❄️ Breathwork and meditation is actually balancing my hormones it's pretty amazing I am going to be blogging all of this so that women athletes approaching or in menopause can hear.     TRAINING SAFELY in the virtual world of Zwift in t TRAINING SAFELY in the virtual world of Zwift in the French Countryside 🌸 at my own home 🌸 POST A GRATITUDE DINASAUR 🦕🦖for being able to train virtually ⬇️ How freakin awesome is that!! I lead my Zwift women's ride with 138 women around the world and then directly into a HIIT bike workout at my specific numbers. And then a short transition run off the bike outside. It's totally freakin awesome to be able to do all of it at home!!!!!
