    MY NUTRITION 🍓 🍓 What an incredibly import MY NUTRITION 🍓 🍓 What an incredibly important part of any journey in wellness and as a female endurance athlete and menopause it's SO important 🍓 I am now working with the totally awesome @_katie_schofield on my nutrition and nutrition planning. She is my person for all things nutrition in my daily life and my training.
