🍓 What an incredibly important part of any journey in wellness and as a female endurance athlete and menopause it's SO important 🍓

I am now working with the totally awesome @_katie_schofield on my nutrition and nutrition planning. She is my person for all things nutrition in my daily life and my training.  Even in just a few weeks she has made a significant positive difference in my wellness and my training 🍓 

🍓 And yes I do not eat just strawberries...lol I eat A LOT more protein though...but I love how they look so I took a photo today

This is deload week for me. My de-load sessions are shorter and or lighter (lower intensity). My training looks like .....2 weeks build and one ish week de-load so that my body can reset and absorb the fitness gains from the previous two weeks. 💦

🌼 I grind up walnuts for my morning oatmeal place in this jar in the refrigerator... because walnuts are super food
